Urgent requirement: back-of-house cleaner (Arkansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Garland County, Arkansas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
