Join our team: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Lincoln County, Nevada. You will work at a double glazing firm. Day-to-day duties: • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass Ideal candidate: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Physically fit, able to stand and lift throughout the shift • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
