Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Tensas Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
