Join our team: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Scotland County, North Carolina. The job is on a high-rise construction site. The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance 3+ years on the tools preferred.
