Shuttering fixer — East Dunbartonshire

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in East Dunbartonshire, Scotland. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. Day to day you will box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints. You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
