Lift installation engineer • Union Parish, Louisiana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Union Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. On the job you will handle: • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
