Cold room technician • Hampton County, South Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cold room technician in Hampton County, South Carolina. The role involves: • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system You should have: • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC 6+ years on the tools preferred.
