The role involves fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; insulate and ventilate the roof void. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
