Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Johnson County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Ideal candidate: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test 2+ years on the tools preferred.
