Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Bledsoe County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
