Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
