Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces The role involves secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $28 per hour plus benefits.
