Requirements: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage On a typical shift you will wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay.
