Immediate opening: site safety steward (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Logan County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy construction site. You will audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points. Ideal candidate: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
