Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Onitsha South, Anambra State. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Full-time with occasional weekends.
