Vacancy available: we are hiring a plastering hand in Torfaen County Borough, Wales. You will work at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic The role involves tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. £2,550 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
