Banksman wanted in Cass County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a banksman in Cass County, Michigan. You will work at a power plant. You should have: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces The role involves: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Read lift plans and method statements before starting Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
