The role involves season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
