Great opportunity: we are hiring a quality checker in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. You will segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
