Captain waiter wanted in Knox County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Knox County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
