Great opportunity: we are hiring a presser in Atascosa County, Texas. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Day to day you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
