Tower crane operator wanted in Borough of Thurrock

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Borough of Thurrock, England. On a typical shift you will park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. You should have: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
