Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sir Powys, Wales. The job is in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. £2,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
