Panel welder wanted in Rock Island County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel welder in Rock Island County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
