Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Washington County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Full-time, day shift.
