Brickwork mason wanted in Katsina

Now hiring: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Katsina, Katsina State. You will be based on a new-build development. You should have: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks The role involves: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser Rotating shifts.
