Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lorry driver in Loup County, Nebraska. The job is at a container freight yard. The role involves present documents at weighbridges and check posts; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience 6+ years on the tools preferred.
