Conventional mill operator • Muscatine County, Iowa

Now hiring: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Muscatine County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience The role involves keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter.
