Dishwasher wanted in Miami County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Miami County, Kansas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
