Canteen cook — Park County

Now hiring: we are hiring a canteen cook in Park County, Montana. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
