Powder coating operator wanted in Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Jefferson County, Georgia. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
