Lift mechanic — Otero County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Otero County, New Mexico. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. You will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts. You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 3+ years on the tools preferred.
