Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Lincoln County, New Mexico. You will change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. Ideal candidate: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Full-time with occasional weekends.
