Join our team: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Lincoln County, Tennessee. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Day to day you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 1+ years on the tools preferred.
