We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Benton County, Washington. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Day to day you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
