Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Henderson County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Day-to-day duties: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Refuel the machine and record running hours Part-time with flexible hours.
