Great opportunity: food and beverage server (Alaska)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Juneau City and Borough, Alaska. You will be based in a coffee shop. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Part-time with flexible hours.
