Requirements: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses.
