Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Sabine Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control You should have: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Current medical and eyesight certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
