Dish pit attendant — Essex County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Essex County, Vermont. The job is at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service.
