Now hiring: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Buckingham County, Virginia. The role involves: • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves What we are looking for: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
