Vertical transportation technician • Washington County, Alabama

Immediate opening: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Washington County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
