Urgent requirement: sheet metal welder (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Keweenaw County, Michigan. Requirements: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work You will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
