Scullery hand • Boundary County, Idaho

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Boundary County, Idaho. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
