What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
