Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Mercer County, Ohio. The job is in a catering unit. The role involves: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
