QC inspector wanted in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region

Join our team: we are hiring a QC inspector in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. The role involves: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
