Shuttering charge hand • Monroe County, Wisconsin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Monroe County, Wisconsin. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. You should have: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Your main tasks: • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
