Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Beadle County, South Dakota. You will work at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
