We are recruiting: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Allamakee County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size You should have: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
